Delete your data
You can delete everything BillNest holds for you, at any time, without asking anyone's permission. Here is how.
If you still have the app
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open BillNest
- Open the menu and tap your name at the top, or go to Settings → your account
- Scroll to Delete your data
- Choose Empty my vault to delete your records but keep your account, or Delete my account to remove both
You will be asked to confirm, and told exactly what is about to be removed. There is no undo.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email privacy@jdgxlabs.in from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my BillNest account.
We will delete the account and everything stored under it, and confirm by reply. We aim to do this within 7 days and will not take longer than 30.
We ask you to write from the address you signed in with because that is how we know the request is yours. We will not ask you for a password, and you should never send us one.
What gets deleted

What is kept, and why
Crash reports. These are anonymous diagnostics about where the app failed — device model, operating system version, and a stack trace. They contain none of your documents and are not linked to your account, so there is nothing in them to identify or return to you. They age out automatically.
Nothing else is retained after deletion.
Backups in your own Drive
BillNest backs files up to your Google Drive, not to servers we control. The app can only see files it created there, so it can remove exactly those and nothing else.
If you revoked the app's Drive access before deleting, it can no longer reach those files — but they are in your own Drive, so you can delete the BillNest folder yourself at any time. You can review or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If a request is not actioned
