Using BillNest

BillNest is provided by JDGX Labs as a tool for keeping your own ownership records. By using it you agree to these terms.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to everything you put into BillNest. We claim no ownership of your documents, photos or records.

We store and process them only to provide the app to you — to sync your vault, back up your files to your Drive, and send the reminders you asked for.

What you agree not to do

• Store content you have no right to store, or that is unlawful.
• Use BillNest to commit fraud, or to forge or misrepresent records.
• Attempt to access another user's vault, or interfere with the service.
• Resell or redistribute the app as your own.

Reference lists in the app

BillNest suggests brands, models, providers, service items and similar values to save you typing. These are conveniences, not authoritative records, and may be incomplete or out of date. Every such field can be edited, and what you type takes precedence.

Reminder dates are calculated from what you enter. They are a convenience and not a guarantee — check the underlying document for anything that matters legally or financially.

Backups are a safety net, not a guarantee

Cloud sync and Drive backup exist to reduce the chance of losing your records, and we take them seriously. But no backup is infallible, and for anything irreplaceable you should keep the original document.

Paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and what is included are shown before you buy. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Play's own terms and refund policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Liability

BillNest is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, JDGX Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data or missed renewals. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
