Website privacy policy

The short version
This policy covers this website — jdgxlabs.in. It explains what happens to the details you type into our forms.
We collect nothing about you unless you choose to send us something. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies of our own. Blog articles carry one advertisement, which is described below. We do not sell your data, we do not share it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect
Only what you enter into a form on this site, and only when you press send. There are three forms — start a project, contact us, and WallMind early access — and all three store the same thing:

That is the complete list. We do not collect your IP address in the form record, we do not profile you, and we do not try to identify you beyond the details you typed.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, in a Firebase project controlled by JDGX Labs. The site itself is served by Firebase Hosting. Both are operated by Google, and data may be processed on Google's servers.
Server-side security rules allow anyone to submit an enquiry — that is the point of a public form — but nobody can read, edit or delete enquiries from a browser. Reading them requires signing in to a private administrative area with an authorised Google account.
Who can see it
JDGX Labs only. In practice that is the proprietor and the technology director, plus anyone we have explicitly granted temporary administrative access to. Those grants can be time-limited and are revocable.
We do not pass enquiries to anyone else — not to advertisers, not to data brokers. The advertising described below never receives anything you send us through a form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them, and afterwards as a record of who asked for what — a request we handled two years ago is often the context for the next conversation. We do not delete them automatically.
If you would rather we did not keep yours, write to us and we will delete it. See your rights.
Cookies and advertising
Blog articles carry a single advertisement, served by Google AdSense, below the article text. Nothing else on this site shows ads — not the homepage, not the product pages, and not this policy.
To serve and measure that ad, Google may set cookies on your device. What Google collects and how it uses it is governed by Google's policy for partner sites, not by us.
If you are in the EU or UK you will see a consent notice before any advertising cookie is set, and you can refuse or withdraw consent at any time. We set no cookies of our own, and we still run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session tracking.
The forms on this site behave identically whether you accept advertising cookies or not.
A private administrative area of this site, used only by us, signs in with Google and stores that session on the administrator's own device. It is not reachable from any public page and is not used to track visitors.
Other services this site touches
Our typeface is served from our own domain rather than Google Fonts, so simply reading a page here does not hand your IP address to a font provider. What remains:
- Google AdSense — serves the single advertisement at the foot of each blog article, and may set cookies to do so. Only blog articles; no other page contacts it.
- jsDelivr — blog articles load two small open-source libraries from this public code CDN to render the article text safely. Only blog articles; no other page contacts it.
- Firebase Hosting logs — like any web server, Google's hosting records requests, which includes IP addresses. Those logs are Google's, are kept briefly for operational and security reasons, and are not joined to anything you send us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. We will honour those requests regardless of where you live.
- See what we hold — write to us and we will send you a copy of any enquiry filed against your email address.
- Correct it — tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it — ask, and we will remove your enquiry and confirm once it is done.
Email privacy@jdgxlabs.in from the address you contacted us with — that is how we know the request is yours. We aim to respond within 7 days and will not take longer than 30. We will never ask you for a password.
Grievance officer
JDGX Labs is the data fiduciary for the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled:

Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Product policies
Our apps collect different things and have their own policies. This website policy does not cover them:

Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top rather than quietly swapping the page.
